MORAN INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 16, 2009 the Board of Trustees of Moran Independent School District will hold a Special Called Board Meeting at 5:00 p.m. in the auditorium of Moran High School located at Moran, Texas. The subjects to be discussed are listed on this agenda.

C. Discuss/reject/approve Schwartz & Eichelbaum, P.C. Attorneys at Law, to serve as the District’s legal counsel through membership with Region 14, Legal Coop.
D. Discuss/reject/approve student drug testing.
E. Discuss/reject/approve and name surplus property and set a date for the school auction.
F. Discuss/reject/approve moving December regular school board meeting to December 14, 2009.
